Industry foundation
Mr. Hemant Patil is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Entrepreneur, and PMP® (Project Management Professional) certified professional with extensive experience in construction project management. Holding a postgraduate qualification in EPC Project Management and a Civil Engineering degree in India, he has built a distinguished career across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Project experience
Over the years, Mr. Hemant Patil has worked with leading organizations including Cushman & Wakefield, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, K Raheja Corp, Kolte Patil Developers, Nyati Group, and several other renowned companies. He has successfully managed and contributed to large-scale residential developments, commercial high-rise projects, integrated townships, and infrastructure initiatives across India.

Beyond his corporate experience, Mr. Hemant Patil is a passionate trainer and mentor who has upskilled and guided more than 25,000 students and working professionals through corporate training sessions, workshops, and specialized project management programs.

Founding vision & tech base
Mr. Ali Samnani is the Founder & Managing Director of Apaha Global Corp. Holding an Engineering degree from MIT College of Engineering (MITCOE), India, he began his career with Accenture as a Software Analyst, engineering advanced Business Intelligence solutions for premier US retail corporations. This experience instilled a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving, operational architecture, and enterprise data systems.
Founding & operations
Driven by the conviction to close the critical divide between academic output and global engineering benchmarks, he founded Apaha Global Corp alongside Mr. Hemant Patil. Over the past decade, Mr. Ali Samnani has directed multidisciplinary operations spanning Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Sales, and International Expansion, building high-performing institutional teams across India and the GCC.
